Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging and papers.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized goods, final-sale items, and products showing signs of use or damage after delivery are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
